GIFwala is a community library of short, captioned GIFs from Indian pop culture. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share the clip and you allow others to copy and share the GIF you publish.

What you may upload

• Short clips you filmed, own, or can share under fair use or fair dealing.
• Clips under 15 seconds, made into GIFs of 10 seconds or less.
• Captions in any Indian language — script or romanised.

What gets removed

• Adult or sexual content, gore, and graphic violence.
• Hate speech, casteist or communal abuse, and targeted harassment.
• Content that infringes someone's copyright after a valid takedown request.
• Private footage of people who have not agreed to be shared.

Moderation

Anyone can report a GIF. A GIF that receives three reports is hidden automatically while our team reviews it. Rights holders can ask for removal through our takedown process.

Search results marked “Powered by KLIPY” come from KLIPY's library and are subject to their terms. We do not host or moderate that content.
